How to: Clear only values from a range, leaving formulas.
Solution:
Select ONLY the cells with constant values using the 'Go To...' command, and clear the contents of the selected cells.
1) Select only the cells with constant values:
a) Select the desired cell range.
NOTE: If the entire worksheet is to be cleared, select any cell on the worksheet.
b) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Go To...'. (The Go To dialog box appears.)
c) Click 'Special...'. (The Go To Special dialog box appears.)

d) Select the 'Constants' radio button in the 'Select' group.

e) Click 'OK'. (Only the cells containing constant values are now selected. )
2) Clear the contents of the selected cells:
a) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Clear'. (A submenu opens)
b) Select 'Contents' from the submenu.
